Looking for someone to sublet/be a replacement for a lease! Apartment is 2nd floor at Cape Harbor Apartments in Wilmington. Awesome place, we have just outgrown it. Looking for someone pretty soon, can show anytime. The complex is awesome! Has a pool, grills, dog park, volleyball court, tennis court, park, a gym, a dog wash, and a walking trail. Right off of Military Cuttoff and Market so easy to get anywhere!
