My boyfriend and i live in a 1 bedroom apt. down the street from cal state fullerton. Will rent out spacious living room with own closet. access to kitchen and shared bathroom. preferably a male! pets are fine. if you smoke it has to be done outside (we have a balcony) . i have time warner cable and wifi available. the apartment complex has a fitness center, pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, volleyball courts, and access to computers and free printing. my boyfriend is almost always home so if you like to play basketball thats a plus. i go to school and work afterwards. nice apartment with stove, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher, everything is new!
