Looking for a Roomate !

Hi ! My name is Trinity . and my Roomate (TJ) and I are looking for one other person to fill the third room in our town home ! We are looking for someone in their mid twenties , preferably a woman Roomate .We both work 5 days a week and opposite schedules! We are located in a great spot in Papago park area so we are close to Phoenix , south Scottsdale , and Tempe ! The Townhome is a 3 bedroom , bath , and is a 2 story house . There’s a nice small backyard and an open kitchen .This room has their own parking spot as the garage is occupied by the master bed .The room itself is a decent size and has a roomy closet ! This room does share a bathroom with me and I am very clean and keep my portion of the bathroom clean .We are looking for someone who is clean and is willing to do their part in helping out with the chores around the house .
