Looking to fill rooms

I lost my job unexpectedly last month, and due to low funds, we're unfortunately having to send my kids to live with their dad miles away for the foreseeable future.
So my partner and I (both trans) are either looking for a roommate/couple to move into the main big room with an attached bathroom at $ish a month or a complete rent takeover. The full rent is $ a month. We're in SE Vancouver. The house is bath, two living areas, a garage, laundry room with washer and dryer, and a fully fenced backyard. If you'd like to be our roomie, we likely could squeeze one more dog in if needed, we just have two pitties already. Both super friendly though. The rental company has no breed restrictions! You just have to fill out a prescreening profile, put down the $ deposit, and pay the pet rent. We pay $ a month to have the dog poop cleaned up every week, and yard care is already included. It's a really nice and quiet area. I can send pics if interested, lemme know! We're looking for something ASAP
