Private room with shared bathroom

Looking for one (preferably males, but not required) to move in beginning of January. We can do month to month and someone who wants to stay mid to long term. Also, preferably someone who is also serving in the military (not required), as am I.

Non-furnished room available with a shared bathroom. This house is hands down the cleanest house you’ll find on here with no pests, unlike most listings on here (They just won’t tell you). It is nicely renovated and is a good sized room and closet with brand new carpet. The entire house was newly renovated and the appliances are brand new. No pets, no drama and not a party house. Looking for mature person, who is clean, respectful, doesn’t smoke and need a place to live. Parking, WiFi (high speed for gaming), and all utilities are included (unless electricity is misused, which I’ll be transparent about), but I don’t think it should ever get to this point. You can use the garage for additional storage.

It’s not far from Ft. Liberty. minutes to Canopy and Reilly Gate and minutes to Yadkin Gate.
