Looking for a single mom/woman

Hi, my name is Barbara, and I am looking to rent a room in my home to either a single mom or a single woman . That is not negotiable. I have everything you could possibly need, all the kitchen stuff, Keurig, toaster, the oven is also an air fryer, blender, -pot, etc.... I have a deep freezer in the garage, refrigerator w qfreezer on bottom in kitchen, and your room will come with a small refrigerator just to ensure we have everything enough room for everyone's food. Washer and dryer on premises, you will share the bathroom with my current tenant she is and likes to keep the bathroom clean. Bathtub is a jacuzzi tub. YOU can not USE BATHBOMBS, BATHSALTS EVER!!!!! You can take a bubble bath, but DO NO TURN ON THE JETS. I have a pool that has a baby gate around it, but not an ugly one, you will see it. The back patio has a futon and plenty of seating, and it is also a TV to watch. The other half of the patio has some of my daughters toys.

Your bedroom comes furnished with a twin trundle bed both frames have mattresses, a small dresser, a small cube shelf that I plan to hang on the wall, white shelf, and white storage bin with top. The bedding is brand new and the mattress have protectors on them. It's a decent size closet. Rent is due monthly and we split the utilities
