Bedroom and Private Full Bathroom

Description

Spare room and bath in ground floor unit. You’ll have a private bathroom with a good size tub. Laundry in unit. Quick access to walking paths and open space. I like to keep things clean and would expect the same. I’m a big sports guy, and enjoy lifting, Xbox, reading and good music. I mainly cook on the weekends. I’m coke from a big family and have 5 sisters. I’ve roomed with females before with no issues so as long as we can get along then it’ll be great! Ideally want this to feel like a home for both of us.
