The room is a private quiet room approx. 10' x 12' with large closet, new carpeting, a new window and is cable ready.

The complex has year round pool and hot tub, gym, secured parking, and BBQ grills. It is in the heart of Glendale, only a 15 minute drive to downtown, right on cherry creek hiking and biking trails, close to Target and King Soopers (the ones that sell alcohol).

It is a 3 bedroom/2 bath apartment. It is a first floor/corner unit that has W/D in unit, laminate/hardwood floors, and new fixtures throughout. You will be completing the remainder of the lease which goes until August 28th, 2016. The apartment is newly updated with nice "hardwood" floors, new kitchen fixtures, a fireplace, and plenty of closet space.

You will be sharing the bathroom with an awesome guy who is a lot of fun, social, and laid back. He is in his late 20s and works alternative shifts so there is rarely an issue with getting ready in the morning. The other room mate has the master bedroom and their own bathroom.

To move in you will need to fill out an application with the apt complex ($50), first month's rent ($1650), and a $50 deposit. So $1750 gets you completely moved in. The room is vacant so you can check it out and meet the room mates.

Please be gay friendly with stable income. Also, you should be dog friendly, but unfortunately we cannot have any more pets. The other roommates would prefer someone who is social and easy going and would rather all hang out in the living room than lock themselves in their room.
