I am a mature older quiet female completing college studies in Irvine after having taken several years off.

Require a short to long term rental to eliminate my hour + commute from inland empire.

Prefer Irvine or NPB or Laguna or RSM areas of South OC.
No shared bedroom or bath.
6 to 12 months rental.

Desire a quiet environmemt (think library) to study & sleep without distractions. My social life will not be brought to your home.

I am pleasant even though I don't talk very much.
My focus are my studies.
