Available October 1st. Private Room with a shared bathroom in Tukwila; mins south of the Space Needle. All utilities included. Common spaces (bathrooms, kitchen, living rooms) are cleaned once every week.Bathrooms are shared between 3 gents and cleaned weekly by professional cleaners. This is a clean, low clutter, .5 bathroom house. We are looking for someone who has experience living with others. We are between Perched high on a hill with views across the river valley & The Cascades. Remodeled with attention to detail. Formal spaces greet you. Great room, impeccable kitchen & view deck for entertaining. Lovely neighborhood w/ buried power lines & easy buses to light rail, South Center Mall, and Boeing Field. Close in to the city yet this home feels like a retreat.Additionally, I provide all household consumables: paper towels, toilet paper (the good stuff), dish soap, hand soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and trash bags.
