Roommate Wanted To Share a Wonderful Apartment Home.
I am a female professional and work full time during the day M-F. I am looking for a college student or fully employed professional to rent a room in my apartment. You would have your own bedroom and bathroom. The rest of the apartment would be shared. You can be male or female but with no children. It must be a no party, no drug, and a nonsmoking environment. Any overnight quests would have to be agreed upon and complex policy requires a minimum guest stay of no longer than 4 nights. No pets, although I do have a sweet cat and a non-shedding little dog that we can share but unfortunately the complex will only allow 2 pets per unit. The apartment amenities include: in-unit washer and dryer, cable ready, patio, breakfast bar, vertical blinds, ceiling fan, spacious closet, central air, dishwasher and garbage disposal. We have awesome views. Cottonwood Golf Club and Cuyamaca College is less than 2 miles away. Hilton Head Park is right beside us! Suburban atmosphere, dining, shopping, biking and hiking trails are very close by.
Community amenities are a well-equipped fitness center, 4 lighted tennis courts, 4 sparkling swimming pools and spa, professionally landscaped barbecue and picnic areas, wifi internet access, covered parking available (we will each have a designated spot), on- and on-call maintenance, complimentary package acceptance service, suburban atmosphere near shopping and dining, with close proximity to El Cajon and San Diego with easy access to highways 94, 125 and 8. Additional on- storage is available.
The rent is $800 the 1st of every month plus ½ utilities (approx. $25 - $30 each) and renters liability insurance ($6 each) which is a requirement of the complex. Complex is Eaves Rancho San Diego. You will have to submit an application with the leasing office so good credit is a must.
