• Furnished twin bedroom, Full Kitchen, Living Room, and Laundry Privileges and pretty much a private bath. You have full use of these areas and it is expected that you help maintain the areas that you use.
• Must have Excellent housekeeping skills! If you do not please don’t even reply.
• Rent $435.00 and security deposit $650.00. Month-to-month, no lease. $1085.00 due upon signing of rental agreements.
• Rent includes all Utilities, Cable TV, High Speed Wi-Fi. Rent may increase when there is an increase in utility costs.
• No Smoking in the house... outside is OK.
• No pets please.
• Rent based upon single occupancy. No overnight guests unless prior authorization.
