We prefer male roommates (already a male dominated household). Must be LGBTQ friendly. The house is a mix of straight and gay. Very chill & respectful household.

All areas that are not designated as rooms (and aside from the one private bathroom and half of the breakfast nook) are shared. Tenets are allowed to have guests as long as they’re respectful to the house (no more than 2 guests in the house at a time, and not all the time). Tenets are allowed to throw parties in the back yard (within reason, shouldn’t be every week and shouldn’t go past pm). Full size washer and dryer available. Full kitchen available. Parking available in rear and street. No curfew, come and go as you please. No pets of any kind (we have an year old Maltese Poodle named Bambu who is well trained and well behaved). We are friendly (no smoking in the house). Time Commitment: We are looking for a long term tenant. 1 year commitment is required. Would ideally like to find someone that can sign on for longer, or will sign for one year and if it goes well, choose to stay much longer (not required).

Location: The area is pretty quiet. We’re in Hyde Park (—Westside of South LA), about miles away from the Kia Forum, SoFi Stadium, Hollywood Park Casino, and The Intuit Dome. We are evenly spaced between the freeways. Between the freeway (closer to the ). Really close to 2 MTA train stations if you decide to take public transportation.
