About Me:

Young couple, early and late 20's. My husband is a recruiter in OC, and a FT student. I am a marketing and sales rep in OC as well. We are respectful and responsible, as well enjoy having fun and working towards our goals. We have a 3 year old son who is very respectful and well mannered. We hope to meet someone who can become a good friend to us as well as Roommate being how personal this arrangement is.

We have a 2 bd 1 ba APT in the Chino Hills area. We're looking to rent a room for $600 (Utilities included) We also have wifi and cable. The unit is very clean and modern and the community is peaceful and we'll kept as well. We have a w/d in the APT and central heating and a/c. We are located about 3 miles from major shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. We are also close to major fwys, a little less than 30 miles from OC, LA, and Riverside counties. About You:

Female with a solid job who is both respectful and responsible as we are. Have a bright and upbeat personality as I mentioned we do enjoy being sociable and having fun. No pets, if you have a child they are more than welcomed. Just no more than one for space reasons. Obviously being able to consistently provide rent on time is important. We don't mind having company over sometimes as long as they are respectful of our home. We do realize a person is much more than a paragraph description so we look forward to reaching out and speaking with you to establish a friendship.
