Bedroom Available at Rams Pointe

Looking for a college female to take over my lease at Ram's Pointe. The lease goes through July 2016 (available for renewal). Located off Elizabeth and Taft Hill in Fort Collins, and is close downtown, CSU, Front Range and the CSU football stadium.

I am looking for someone to move in and sign the lease ASAP because I cannot afford to pay the rent at both my current apartment and Rams Pointe each month.

Great area and great complex. There are nightly security patrols as well as 24 hour maintenance and each individual bedroom has its own lock and key for your security/privacy/safety.

Due to rules set in place by the complex.... pets are NOT allowed and the bedrooms are leased to a single individual (no more than 1 person living in the room).
