Just one block south of Eastern Parkway and one block west of Nostrand Ave and 2 blocks east of Franklin Ave; meaning we are just minutes walking distance away from an amazing array of restaurants, bars, venues and cafes - and right off the trains and several major bus lines, making commuting a breeze.
