I am renting a private bedroom with a shared bathroom for $ a month.
Utilities included, a washer, dryer, and parking on the street (occasional parking spot in front depending on if taken), and a communal full kitchen and living room. The gated community has a pool, small gym, clubhouse, parks, tennis, and basketball courts. Looking for single occupancy, students or working professionals, responsible, clean, respectful, no smoking, ok with my dogs, and no drugs.

Kitchen supplies are all provided from dishes to utensils plus other items. One shelf in the pantry is provided (to supply food and if you have any other personal kitchen items) and one cabinet is in the hallway by the bedroom. I have a laundry room as well, the only thing is you need to provide your own detergent. The bedroom is also furnished with a queen-sized bed, two nightstands, bookshelf and a dresser.

The bedroom is $ a month and that is including all utilities, keeping in mind being eco-friendly use of AC/Heater. It would preferably be a 6-month lease.

There are already three of us here, looking for a new housemate! :)

Down payment is one month's rent, so $ for your parking fees for the year. Because we are in a gated community each car needs to purchase a $ transponder and a $ resident parking sticker. And then first month's rent before moving in. Credit and background checks are required.
