Hi, We are currently looking for a roommate to share our 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom apartment within the next month. The room up for grabs has its own bathroom and closet. (1-1)

A little about us: Jonathan and I are both work-driven and school oriented. We are in our 20's and would prefer someone within our age group and with the same goals in mind. Jonathan is an employee with the toll/traffic sect in Tampa, and I am a server who also attends USF as a part-time student.

The area in which we live in boasts some convenient facilities. We live right next to both Selmon Expressway and I75, so it is easy to get around the Tampa Bay area. Also, a quick drive down the street will get you to Target, Walmart, Brandon Mall, etc. We are privileged with a place where everything is at ease-of-access.

Our neighborhood is safe, and very pleasing to the eye. A drive in our complex is a scenic one, with several trees, bushes and beautiful apartments in its view. The interior of our apartment is also very nice, with marble kitchen counters, and dark wooden floors. The rooms are spacious and have carpet flooring, and the bathroom has a nice, large bathtub and sink. Pictures will be posted.
