I am wanting someone to take over my lease from Dec 2015 to Aug 1st 2016. If you need to wait until Jan 2016 that is fine as well.
My apartment is a two bedroom fully furnished. I have my own room with a private bathroom. The bedroom has a full size bed with the mattress. Desk with chair and a end table by the bed. The closest is pretty large with a huge mirror. In the living room there is a 3 seated couch and a chair; with the entertainment center for the TV. The dining room kitchen has a table with 4 chairs. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, and fridge. All new appliances. In the hallway there is a washer and dryer hidden behind doors. There is also a patio leading through the door in the living room.
