The 12'x12' room includes two closets (one currently has a built-in desk, which can be removed if requested). Shared common areas include a furnished living room with 50" TV, furnished den with gas fireplace, dining room, updated kitchen and bathrooms (1 full and 2 half) with heated floors, main floor laundry with new Samsung washer and dryer, walkout basement with wood burning fire place and a wet bar and kegerator, and two separate outdoor patio areas with a pond and waterfall and fenced in backyard. Rent includes all utilities along with cable and Internet. Bedroom furniture (pictured) available upon request. 



There is rarely anyone home, so you would mostly have the house to yourself, except for a friendly corgi and miniature dachshund. No additional pets, please. No smoking inside.



I am asking for a 6 month lease at $600/month. If you would prefer to go month-to-month the rent would be $650/month. Longer lease agreements may be considered. An application will need to be filled out prior to meeting.
