I am in need of someone to take over my lease from December- June 1st or end of may. If you also have a friend too, that would be great, we can make arrangements we have two rooms available. I live about a mile from the stadium off washington behind the elementary school. It is a four bedroom house, 2 bath, two story, very pretty, my room is the biggest room with the balcony, has 3 closets in it. The other room as two closets and just as pretty! You share a bathroom upstairs. There our four people on the lease but me and my other roommate live with our boyfriends pretty much. Rent is around 400-440 depends on utilities. Hard wood floors, and its furnished mostly besides the room you will be having. I can send pics upon request.
