5 Bedroom House in East Davis

Description

The house I'm looking to find housemates for is a 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath house.
It's located less than half a mile from the Target shopping center, near Alhambra, Mace, and 2nd. I'll be looking for 4 people to fill four of the 5 bedrooms. Gender irrelevant, but must be okay with dogs and cats.

A few details: down the street from a park, easy access to bus lines, new paint & carpet, washer & dryer in house, three car garage, gardener for maintenance, water sewer + garbage paid for, fireplace, and vaulted ceilings. If you'd like more details, please contact me ASAP.

You would be living with a lab mix. My dog is easygoing, friendly, loves to hug, and is usually perfectly content to nap on a couch or bed when I'm busy or at work/school. I am a student who works. My preference is for this to be a non-smoking household, that is kept clean with my peers.
