Looking for Pasadena or LA Room

Looking for a private room (prefer with private bath) in Pasadena or in LA within walking distance to metro station.

I'm new to the area, so being in a safe and walkable area is VERY important to me. Prefer female roommate who is is drama free and friendly, but not too loud. Quiet time is a good thing for me and I can totally respect someone who likes to have peace and quiet while also being open to having fun from time to time.

Living with someone artsy or who is interested in the arts would be especially cool but not required.

I don't do any drugs or smoke, so I'd much prefer someone who is also like this.

Looking for a place that will be ok with me making some work calls from my personal cell phone in the mornings. I am super quiet and these calls are done with head phones on so it wouldn't disturb anyone.
