I am renting out the master bedroom in my two bedroom two bath condo. Looking to rent to female or a gay male only. Close to Starbucks, restaurants, and shopping center. No neighbors above and it does not share a common wall with the neighbor. Over 1,000 sq. ft. of living space. Updated, all new appliances, and new carpet. Nice, private, corner lot of the complex. Right off Hampden and I-25. I am a graduate student at DU, but live and commute in Fort Collins most days of the week. It's serves pretty much as a crash pad for me on bad winter days or for after late nights at the library. I will rarely ever be home on the weekends. I am very clean and like to keep common areas semi-organized at the very least. I don't want parties or smoking inside the home. Otherwise, I'm very laid back and easy to get along with. All utilities will be included, covered parking, plus internet and cable.
