Hello, I'm looking for someone to sublease the master room! Move in date is December 1, 2015! You'll be responsible to put down a deposit of $700. You'll be getting the money back when you move out when the lease is up! You can split the deposit with the current roommate.

The master bedroom has in suite bathroom with a large walk in closet for $1170 plus utilities (which would be about give or take $60 per person per month). Also, if you have a car, you will be receiving a parking pass.

The entire apartment and bedroom isn't furnished, so you'll be responsible to furnish the bedroom. You can talk to my current roommate to talk about furnishing the rest of the apartment.

The apartment is located at Beverly Plaza, a few minutes walk from major groceries store & major bus lines to the , & 173.
