I am a 28 year old male looking for a roommate to share a spacious apartment in St. Louis Hills. The apartment is on the second floor, and is a two bedroom one bath with a kitchen, dinning room, living room, balcony (with a grill), back yard, and plenty of storage. The apartment comes fully furnished other than your room which will be empty before you move in. The lease has 7 months left on it but if everything works out, I would be happy to talk about renewing for another year.

I have a dog and there is a one pet max policy so I'm looking for someone who is ok with an animal but doesn't have any themselves.

As far as qualifications for a roommate go, I wake up Monday - Friday at 5:45 and am out of the house by 6:30 so week nights are calm but I do enjoy going to the bar on the weekends. The downstairs tenants are friends of mine and are respectful with noise and sharing of the backyard. I am looking for a young professional who is respectful on week days and doesn't go drugs. I normally head to my room around 10 to watch Netflix before falling asleep so I need someone who is ok being relatively quiet around then but if you stay up later, watching tv at a reasonable volume it would not bother me, Blu (my dog) would probably keep you company until you went to bed as well. I am clean and expect a roommate to be the same but not unreasonably so.

There is a garage and the upstairs apartment has a space available. I am looking for a roommate who can pay 600 a month, with all utilities included. I don't have cable, but I do have Netflix, Hulu plus, HBO, and an Xbox. Also the security deposit would be 300 but is refundable at the end of the lease.
