Person to take over lease!!

Hi! Looking for a friendly person to take over my lease!! I am being relocated due to work and would love for someone to be able to enjoy this big room! It's a 12x10 spacious room, big closet space, awesome bathroom shared with other roommate. The house is very cozy, with a beautiful backyard, also the neighborhood is wonderful, with friendly neighbors.
