Hello, I am looking to sub-lease my master-bedroom/bathroom for the remaining time of my lease which is up in February. If you'd like to re-sign a new lease then you would get the same discounted rate. I live with 2 female young professionals and friends. They are tidy, respectful, trustworthy, as well as social and great friends.

Bedroom is huge with a great size walk in closet that has shelving as well. The bathroom is a good size as well. The sink has plenty of counter space and is granite. There is a huge cabinet beside the sink for towels and such. The shower is in a jacuzzi style tub.

Safe & beautiful area across from Nova University. 15 minutes from downtown Fort Lauderdale and 35 minutes from Miami, as 595, 95, and the turnpike are all super close by. Minutes from Publix, CVS, Costco, banks, and a few shopping complexes.

Complex is mostly young professionals and grad. students.
