I'm looking for a serious and responsible FEMALE roommate to share my 3B/3B townhome in Sunrise. The unit is located in Oakland Park Ave., very close to the Sawgrass Mall and Sawgrass Express Way.

A little about me: I'm a professional and I don't spend much time at home. I'm clean, respectful and very considerate person. I'm looking for somebody with good values and similar living habits as mine. This is a family oriented community. Parties, drinking and drugs are not allowed. Occasional visitors are ok.

I have another female roommate who is a flight attendant and isn't home most of the time. We both have little friendly doggies that do not shed and are well trained.

The rent is $700 for the downstairs room and its private full bathroom. All services and utilities are included with the exception of the electricity which will be split among all 3 roommates. If one of the roommates leaves, then the electricity will be split in 2. Other services include water and sewer, trash, fast speed internet/WIFI and HD cable. Both roommates are free to use everything in the house to include washer and dryer, kitchen and other areas; however, each roommate is responsible for their own cleaning products, food and personal supplies.

I'm doing a month to month contract with one (1) month notice to vacate. Cost to move-in includes first month rent and one (1) month refundable deposit at the end of the term ($1,400 total).
