So I just got a job that is very far away from my apartment and I am sub-leasing a shared one bedroom room. There is only ONE other person in the residence so it would just be the two of you.

The apartment is VERY LARGE and has a private PATIO. The apartment imitself also includes a pool and is in a gated community. It is a 15 minute drive to CSUN and is 15 minutes from the 118 freeway.

About Apartment? It is a SHARED (2 ppl, one room) one bedroom apartment, there is TWO FULL SIZE beds in the room. Furniture is included in the rent (FOR LEASE NOT TO OWN) and the overall price would be 625 + UTILITIES (electric/gas ~$40). The apartment is located in a very friendly complex with swings, a pool, and next to convenient stores and dining establishments. It is also a very private apartment where your privacy will be respected.

What kind of roommate? She is a 22 year old college student at csun in her final year. She is looking for someone who is in their mid or younger twenties, preferably a student, or is working. 420 friendly, a FRIENDLY, CLEAN, down to earth, and positive person.


Water and Trash is covered.
There is a shared parking spot, so you would rotate weekly or biweekly.

If you have your own furniture I will move the available furniture away for you.



When is it available?
It is available IMMEDIATELY.

What would I need? Proof of income (recent pay stub[s]), first months rent and NO DEPOSIT (CHEAP). Also you need to understand it is a ONE YEAR lease (9 MONTHS ~ NOW), so this lease expires in AUGUST.
