We are looking for a roommate to share an approximate 2600 Square foot home in Seymour. Must have own transportation. We are 30 minutes from Pigeon Forge and downtown Knoxville. We offer a fully furnished room (unfurnished if you prefer). Will share kitchen, living area, and bathroom (which we have a large walk in shower ). The house is very nice and has beautiful outside space.
Must be pet friendly as we have dogs and cats that are house broken. My roommate and I work in the healthcare field and hold graduate degrees in our field of studies. We enjoy a nice-quiet environment that is drama free and we are looking for a roommate that enjoys the same atmosphere.
No drugs, social drinker okay; we seldom drink anything stronger than coffee, tea, soda, and occasional wine with dinner. Smoking ok if you don't mind smoking in designated areas,
Someone with a pet is great as long as the pet is friendly and gets along well with other animals (pet deposit will be required). Included in the rent each month will be TV/WIFI, Water, Gas, Electricity, Security System, and Lawn Care for $550 ($550+ one time fee of $200 will be required if you have a pet). Employment verification, background check and references will be required.
