Choice of 2 diff rooms/Private Bath

Description

I have 2 different spare rooms to choose from, possibly furnished if you would like (Queen bed with memory foam topper), 42 in flatscreen tv with stand, blu-ray player. Both rooms have rather large closets (one with 2 closets). Choice to paint the room a different color is also available. The bathroom is next to/across from both rooms. Master bedroom is on the opposite side of house. Small kitchen, table in dining room, couch and recliner in living room with 42 in flatscreen tv, and blu-ray player. There is a screened in lanai, decent size. Washer/Dryer is accessible out on the lanai. Small kitchen. Access to all of house except master bed room. I do not have cable, but you can use netflix or amazon prime (my accounts), or if you wish you can get cable in your name.
