It has all necessary utilities, is located in a small neighborhood, and would be shared with my current roommate. This roommate is currently a doctoral student and is rarely home. He is very quiet and trustworthy. The house is complete with a small fenced in backyard. It is available almost immediately and can be rented up until July and potentially even longer. It is located a short driving distance from downtown Atlanta as well.
