We have an extra room and need to fill it, rent and utilities combined will only be 500$ but I will be ok with a minimum 450$ We would like to have someone right away.
We are looking for someone clean, no drugs, no pets but is comfortable around pets.

Bonus points, if you play xboxone or pc games, more bonus points if you play table top games. We would prefer someone independent but sociable, but if you would like to strictly keep to yourself that is fine as well.
