Looking for Roommate!

Hi! I am a 29 year old female, working professional looking for someone to fill the second bedroom in my 2 bedroom apartment. I am pretty laid back and like my living space neat, and comfortable. I'm pretty outgoing, but do like my down time as well. The apartment is located in Wheelhouse Apartments in Fairfax, near Fair Oaks Mall. The apartment was recently renovated with granite countertops, new lighting, new appliances and the closet space is AMAZING.

I would prefer a female roommate but am open to men as well. I've lived in this apartment just shy of three years and have never had any issues with the management. The move in date would be mid December and we would revise the lease to include you on it.

Rent would be about $860. No cable, internet is $27/person. Power is about $40 to 60/person.

The bedroom available has its own bathroom and large closet. Living room, kitchen, and dining room are shared. Washer and dryer are in apartment. Contact me for more information. Thank you!
