Room/Studio Wanted

Hello my name is Carlo Gutierrez. My partner, Javiera Torres and I both recently acquired jobs in the Bay Area and are looking for a place to live. We are both really interested in your offer and would like to sublet your place if it is still available. We are hoping that you can accommodate us, and are willing to negotiate terms! We are coming from Sacramento. If possible, we would like to set up a meet in person or via (if our schedules don't work out).

A little bit about us, We both just graduate from UC Santa Cruz. Javiera was hired by the American Friends Service Committee (Non-profit) in the market area of SF, and I by the South San Francisco Costco. So this location would be ideal for us. We're both friendly, we like to cook, and keep the place we are living in clean and maintained. For the most part of our stay we will be just working throughout the week and taking occasional trip to Sacramento to visit family.
