I am looking to sublease my bedroom in a 4-bedroom apartment starting in December 2015! The apartment is located in an awesome location - only a 10 minute walk to campus (and right down Welch Avenue - close to the bars). There is a Cy-Ride bus stop located right across the street, too! This is a 4-bedroom apartment: the other 3 rooms are currently occupied by female ISU students - all very nice and respectful! The apartment is pretty big, the room has a large closet, a shared bathroom, and is carpeted. Cable, Wi-Fi, and all utilities except electric are included. Parking is included.
