Spacious & Safe Apartment Worcester

The apartment has two bedrooms, one of which will be all yours! Your bedroom will not be furnished, so you will need to bring a bed and dresser. You will be able to store your belongings in two closets- one in your room, and one in the front hall. The apartment also features a large living room with a huge sectional, coffee table, end table, and TV. There is one bathroom with a full size tub, and a few drawers for storage. We have a dining room too, but it's used as an office. There is room for you to put a desk in there. There is an eat-in kitchen with a table, four chairs, and all of the kitchen utensils you could think of. Behind the kitchen, there are two storage rooms. The apartment is above an eye doctor's office and the building is quiet. All of the neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves. One neighbor serves as the building's "maintenance man" and is always available if there's ever an issue. The landlord is the head eye doctor who works downstairs, he owns the building. Rent is paid to him the first of the month. There is coin-op laundry down in the basement. You can enter the building through two entrances. Tenants park in the office parking lot at night but during the day we are supposed to park at the Walgreen's across the street, they have agreed to let us park there whenever. The building is non-smoking, although I don't mind if you smoke. There are no pets allowed except fish. I'd prefer a young professional roommate around my age (under 30). No couples, as the rent goes up per person. The landlord will want to meet and approve you as well, and he may or may not do a credit check. The rent itself is $950 ($475 per person) which includes water. We have Charter cable, internet, electric, and gas also. The bills typically run about $250 a month, so you'll owe roughly $125, give or take depending on the season, for utilities.
