I am a 27 year old apparel professional. My 2 bedroom apartment on Capitol Hill is being demolished in February, and my current room mate will be moving in with her boyfriend.

I am looking for a new room mate(s), and a new apartment, preferably some place close to downtown (where I work), or close to transportation.

I have a hairless, hypo allergenic sphinx cat named peaches who would also be living with me. she is friendly, but does not get a long with other animals, so I prefer potential room mates have none.
