Looking for a female roommate to share a 2 bed, 2 bath loft on Wash Ave, right above the restaurant Rosalita's.
Rent is $699 a month, not including utilities which are about $50 a month. Internet is included. There might be parking available, you would have to talk to the leasing agent about that.

The apartment is a beautiful loft with lots of exposed brick and FULL walls (hard to find downtown). You would have your own bedroom with a large walk-in closet, and a huge bathroom (not attached). Washing machine and dryer are in the apartment. I have an extra bed and mattress in the room already that you can use if you would like. No pets. There is a small pool and really nice deck up on the roof. This is a really nice place!

About me:
I am a 23 year old female, I just moved to STL two months ago to start a job at a marketing agency downtown. I'm pretty easy to get along with, fairly clean, I don't throw wild parties, overall a pretty average person.

Who I'm looking for:
A young female professional or student. As long as you can pay the rent I am sure we will get along great!
