One Bedroom Apartment in Willington

I rented this apartment because I was going to UConn. However, I recently had to withdraw from UConn because I changed my career path and no longer needed the degree from UConn - so I am looking to move out of my apartment. The apartment itself is very nice, and the complex is very well kept. The landlord is incredibly nice and extremely accommodating. You are allowed one cat or one dog at an additional monthly fee. The complex is quiet and very clean. I absolutely loved it - but since I won't be at UConn anymore, I just simply have no need for the apartment. Heat and hot water are included in the monthly rent of $825. The washer and dryer are located in the basement of the apartment building. The apartment is not furnished, but I am willing to forfeit my security deposit so that the new tenant does not have to pay one!
