We are looking for a responsible person to share our home with us. I am the owner. I am rarely home as my life is very busy and I am quite active. My other two roommates are out and about as well. We look forward to you joining us if you are: responsible, able to clean up behind yourself, pay your bills on time, non smoker, non drinker, no pets and able to be mature enough to discuss if there are any disagreements. No over night guests, must be employed full-time. Deposit is $350.00. If you need to make arrangements for the intial rent and deposit, please don't reply. Been there and done that. It will not work! No couples.
