We have a room to rent in a newly renovated house, walking distance to the beach, laundry facilities, stores, and 2-minute walk to the Beachmont Blue line T station, $700 per-month. Utilities included (Gas, Electricity, Hot water and WIFI), fully furnished if needed.

We are in our late 20's couple. I am part time working female, my husband is working for Boston University and part time student. Our roommate is a research doctor who works for Massachusetts General Hospital. We are pretty quiet, easy going, respectful, and really responsible. We are looking for a female roommate who is clean, quiet and easy to get along with. Please be a non-smoker and drug free. Perfect room for graduate and ungraduated students! (No pets)
