Almost 12ft ceilings, large windows, cement floors and exposed brick walls. Available bedroom is big enough for a kingsize bed. Total rent is $1000/month ($500 each) plus electric and internet. Laundry room, bike storage and gym are located in the basement, and a social community room will be finished soon. Apartment is pretty much completely furnished except for dining room table, living room television, coffee table, and obviously the bedroom is empty.
