I am a student and part time medical professional who is looking to rent a room to a responsible, quiet person preferably in a professional position as well. I stay in a gated community that is being upgraded to a higher end apartment community and would prefer to stay here instead of move. I have one child that is 7 years old but he is not loud or bad at all.

Utilities are included in the rental price along with cable in the living room and free use of the wifi and washer/dryer. Whatever is in the fridge (within reason) and some meals are also included as I tend to cook and have leftovers that I eventually throw away. You would have full range of the apartment. Washer and dryer in the unit. If you are a medical professional or a childcare giver on the side, would be a bonus because you could gain some skills for your resume by watching my child at times along with it being taken off your rent.
