Search for Private Room and Bath

Hi , I'm looking for a private room and bath. It's important to me that the other residents keep the communal spaces clean, and are respectful of boundaries. That said, it would be awesome to find some roommies that like to hang out every once in a while, but I'm just as fine with a roommate that requires more time for themselves. I'm really hoping to find a space where cleanliness is a priority, as I have had bad luck with that in my current living situation. Parking would be awesome, but I'm not holding my breath.
