Looking for a room near Oceanside

Hello everyone,
My name is Christopher, I'm 33 years old, I work at Palomar College in San Marcos, I'm very clean, quiet, very respectful, nice, and laid back. I don't own any furniture and I don't have a bed. All I have are clothes, so if you have a furnished room, that would be even better. I ALWAYS pay my bills on time, so you'll never have to worry about that. I get paid the 10th of every month, so you'll have rent that day. I don't mind helping out around the house or running errands for you. I also have a 13 year old Maltese dog. She's very good, she's potty trained, she mostly just sleeps now a days. if she's a problem, I can always take her to my moms house while I'm at work. That way she doesn't bother anyone. :)
