Private spacious room, already furnished, new queen memory foam mattress. shared bathroom (but will be mostly yours) ( girls only ) 3 bedroom 2/half bathroom townhouse includes everything ( 1 cat living in the house) (sorry no more pets) Im very quiet and liberal with my roomates bringing boyfriends, I really dont have house parties but friends from other countries visit me frequently, my schedules are working from 9 to 5 mon- fri. I dont want a roomate that I hardly know, I want to build also a friendship. Im very clean and organized and expect the same from others, condominium private parking pool , tennis and basketball court I also speak portuguese, spanish and would love to have a latina roomate
