I have 1 bedroom down stairs with a 3/4 bathroom just doesn't have a bathtub only a stand up shower. I am a single mom with a toddler and another roommate which is a female. We are both in our 20s. I am military and she is a student. The room is for 500.00 a month with utilities included available December 1st. I also have a bedroom upstairs that can rent out for 425.00 a month utilities Included. We are located near Moreno Valley college.
