Hi,

We are two guys in our mid-twenties living in Costa Mesa. We have three bedrooms. We're looking for a third roommate who is either gay, straight, MSM, bisexual, bicurious, sapiosexual, whatever-sexual and LGBTQ friendly.

We're both gay and were not together as a couple. We're friends that enjoy going to Shark Club together.

We both have jobs and pay rent on time. We share everything in the kitchen and bathroom and respect each others' space and physical space. We all are very fun, friendly, and drama-free type of guys who love to go on adventures all the time.

We have a really nice layout to the kitchen and living room and enjoy talking to each other. Problems here are always solved because we communicate very effectively.

KV - 24 grad student at UCI working part time. Is a chemical engineering student. Can outdrink most people in his age group.

LV - 25 marketing executive at a makeup company. Recent transplant from the yay area. Loves to socialize with fun people and is always down for a good time in da club.

Rent is 700 and that includes all utilities. It is negotiable and must be discussed with all the other roommates.
